The Go Dos from mondays sessions

I am working on the Go Do from Monday about the for the prep session with the VNet setup. I am on page 10 where we create the connection between the LAN and the VNET. I have used all the exact IP addresses and sets that you have in the document but it states that the IP 172.24.10.0 is not valid.

Is there a correction to the lab manual?

Southeast Asia (VNet-1)
CIDR: 172.24.0.0/16
Subnet-1: 172.24.0.0/24

Local Network in Southeast Asia
CIDR: 172.24.0.0/16
VPN IP (Temporary): 1.1.1.1 (Update this IP with your Gateway IP)

East Asia (VNet-2)
CIDR: 172.25.0.0/16
Subnet-1: 172.25.0.0/24

Local Network in East Asia
CIDR: 172.25.0.0/16
VPN IP (Temporary): 2.2.2.2 (Update this IP with your Gateway IP)
