Setting up SSL on the cloudfront

I have purchased a wildcard SSL for my domain and I need to set this up on cloudfront to be able to serve all my assets using SSL.
Could someone advice on how this needs to be setup, or is there a blog that I can refer to that indicates a step by step process.

To get started with Custom SSL certificates visit this URL and fill in the form for invitation to Use Custom SSL certificates.

Once Amazon approves your request, you can upload a single SSL certificate to an IAM account, which could be used to frontend the CloudFront distribution. Using a single custom SSL certificate for CloudFront is currently priced as 600USD per certificate per month.

Hope this helps

Would you happen to have the details step by step installation for SNI based custom SSL. Since we have already purchased the SSL, feel that would be the right option for us.
