Hey all, I know that the maximum number of AWS instances per account are 20. When using Opsworks, incase if I require more number of instances, how do I create them?
If you need more instances (resources), you need to fill in a request form and your request will be evaluated promptly.
Login to your AWS account and fill the form. Here’s the link to the form - aws.amazon.com/support/createCa … t_increase
You can install a limited number of packages through each OpsWorks layer. Incase you require larger number of packages, you can use a custom cookbook to install packages.
